Air Conditioning Under Hood and Underbody Line Assemblies

TI Automotive designs and manufactures coupled tube and hose assemblies for automotive air conditioning systems. We are leaders in A/C and heater underbody assemblies with sleeves and coatings that resist stone impingement.

Heater Hose Assembly

TI Automotive tailors a wide range of hose constructions and diameters to match our customers needs. TI Automotive Hose solutions meet or exceed customers expectations from normal operating conditions to high temperature, hostile environments. Manufacturing capabilities include formed, non-formed, and coupled hose and tube. TI Automotive also offers innovative and "assembly-friendly" connections including coupled or non-coupled quick connectors and pre-positioned clamps (mechanical/adhesive).
